Southern eatery to introduce “The Club” concept for dinner options
Atlantic Station has announced that Atlanta Breakfast Club will open a new location at the mixed-use destination this summer. The location, which will occupy the remaining 3,335-square-foot jewel box space within Atlantic Green, will feature the same signature breakfast menu on the first floor of the restaurant while introducing a new concept on the second floor, Good Food & Company’s, “The Club,” an upscale, casual dining experience specializing in contemporary social cuisine. Through the curation of food, music and culture, The Club embraces the finesse of culinary couture with the myriad flavors of world street food. With shared plates and transformational service, The Club eats locally, thinks globally and lives socially.
“At Atlantic Station, we pride ourselves on sourcing the best-of-the-best in talent to add to our outstanding culinary lineup,” said Cornell Holmes, General Property Manager at Hines. “Like Atlantic Station, Atlanta Breakfast Club is a an Atlanta staple, and we are thrilled to be able to offer our guests new breakfast, lunch and dinner options on property.”
Founded by co-owners Osiris Ballard and Executive Chef Anthony Sanders of Good Food & Company, Atlanta Breakfast Club rose to fame through the popularity of its first location, which opened in 2016 on 249 Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard in Downtown Atlanta. Over the last year, the group opened a second Atlanta Breakfast Club at City of Refuge, introduced a new concept ABC Chicken and Waffles on Auburn Avenue, and acquired Kirkwood breakfast staple, Le Petit Marche. The Atlantic Station location will be the duo’s sixth restaurant and the third Atlanta Breakfast Club. Atlanta Breakfast Club at Atlantic Station will feature all of what made the downtown location a favorite, but with a twist on how the team delivers great service. The downtown location was the first location and has grown immensely since that time; the new location will show that growth for all to enjoy.
“We’re blown away by the love and support from the local community for Atlanta Breakfast Club, and are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to expand to Midtown Atlanta,” said Ballard. “Atlantic Station and Atlanta Breakfast Club go hand-in-hand as diverse and welcoming gathering places, and we look forward to joining forces to bring our newest location to the heart of Atlanta.”
The Black-owned breakfast, lunch and dinner spot will serve a variety of Southern dishes including peach cobbler, French toast, breakfast tacos, old fashioned oatmeal, buttermilk pancakes and more. The eatery also offers a secret menu available by request only. Lunch options include an A.B.C. burger, shrimp po-boy and seafood gumbo, along with an a la carte menu.
Atlanta Breakfast Club is the newest restaurant to join the diverse tenant mix at Atlantic Station. With additional tenants to be announced, Atlantic Station plans to celebrate the opening of Rosé Bistro and Champagne Bar this year.
