Leach was previously a partner with DLA Piper. An established M&A and venture/PE lawyer, Leach is a trusted advisor to his clients and counsels them globally on corporate and transactional matters, private equity transactions, venture financings, corporate governance, securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions in the technology and other sectors.
Leach’s clients span a variety of industries, including technology, finance, manufacturing and sports. His experience includes advising: companies of all sizes through multiple stages of growth; global venture capital firms in their investment transactions; dozens of founders in highly successful exits; and advising PE investors in their transactions, including in multiple professional sports franchises. Leach also advises ultra-high net worth individuals and their family offices.
