Colliers is pleased to announce the opening of ACAIA Midtown, an award-winning restaurant serving fine local cuisine, at Libbie Mill – Midtown.
ACAIA Midtown signed a 3,739 square foot lease in the Corner Shops building located at 2363 Roux Street. The restaurant is expected to open its doors in the fall of 2022.
Senior Vice Presidents, Peter Vick and Harrison Hall, marketed the space on behalf of the landlord, Gumenick Properties.
