Based out of the firm’s Coral Gables headquarters, Darmon focuses her practice on commercial matters including corporate transactions, general corporate counseling, trademark law, commercial litigation and employment law.

Darmon received her undergraduate degree from Boston University and her Juris Doctor and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Miami School of Law and School of Business. While attending the University of Miami, she spent a semester abroad in Paris where she earned an LL.M. in International Law from the Universitè Paris Descartes. She is multilingual and speaks Spanish, Hebrew and French.
