Vercetti Enterprises, a steadily rising South Florida general contractor, begins construction at one of the most anticipated restaurants in Miami located in Coconut Grove.
This one is coming in hot, just not the food yet. For the past several months our team has been actively spearheading the design, permitting, and now construction of this project. This is certainly not a cookie cutter restaurant. There are so many intricate details involved and not only because it is a high-end restaurant but because we are working on the ground floor, have underground parking, a rooftop terrace, kitchen, and upper roof component for mechanical work with all new gas, plumbing and electrical from the ground floor up through the roof.

Amal is set to open Summer 2021 and will feature both ground floor and rooftop dining. The ground floor will be an approximately 8,500 sq. ft. restaurant and bar with open kitchen, indoor, and outdoor dining. The rooftop is roughly 3,500 sq. ft. with an enclosed kitchen, outdoor bar under a structural canopy, dining under a retractable fabric pergola, and mini golf lounge areas.
“Amal (pronounced: am-elle) is a traditional Arabic name meaning hope and the venue will put the spotlight firmly on the culture, food, and people of Lebanon; something close to Charles Khabouth’s (INK Entertainment) heart. Last year, Khabouth, who is Lebanese-Canadian, travelled to Lebanon with INK executives so the team could immerse themselves in Lebanese culture.
