Combined Properties, Inc. (CPI) is a longtime stake holder and member of the Rose Hill community in Fairfax County. CPI’s Rose Hill Shopping Center is a vital commercial component of the community providing safe, convenient and diverse retail options for residents and visitors alike. As with many of CPI’s properties, the opportunity to redevelop Rose Hill Shopping Center is currently under consideration given the changing nature of retail and the high demand for a diversity of housing product. Currently, CPI would not be in a position to redevelop Rose Hill Shopping Center until at least the summer of 2027 given the current in-place retail leases. However, no determination on the economic feasibility or a decision to redevelopment this property has been finalized as CPI is working to understand the desires and support of the Rose Hill community, Fairfax County and other stakeholders.
