Del Buono joins the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and McGann and Scanlon join the firm’s Estate Planning and Administration & Wealth Preservation Practice Group.

About Annamaria Del Buono
Del Buono represents clients in state and federal court in litigation matters including employment and labor law, commercial law, and business transactions. She has experience handling complex caseloads and conducting and preparing depositions of fact witnesses and client defenses as well as managing discovery requests. She participates in mediation sessions and settlement negotiations with both clients and adversaries.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Del Buono was a litigation associate for a New Jersey Law firm and served as an acting assistant prosecutor for the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. After graduating from Rutgers Law School, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Bradford M. Bury. Del Buono received her undergraduate from Rutgers University.
About Christopher McGann
McGann focuses his practice on preparing estate plans and representing estate fiduciaries. He has extensive experience preparing wills with testamentary trusts, supplemental needs trusts, A/B trusts, and power of attorney forms, and provides strategic counsel on available estate planning strategies involving revocable trusts, special needs trusts, and limited liability corporations. McGann also works with estate fiduciaries in the estate administration process from inception through the preparation of accountings and release agreements, and assists business owners with the preparation of employment agreements, amended and related shareholder agreements, and ownership transfer agreements.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, McGann worked as a trusts and estates associate for a New Jersey-based commercial firm and for a boutique trust and estate firm. A graduate of Rutgers Law School, he was a law clerk for the Hon. Margaret Goodzeit in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey. McGann received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland.
About Michelle Scanlon
Scanlon concentrates her practice on assisting individuals and families with a range of estate and tax planning. She regularly advises clients on estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, special needs planning, elder planning, and guardianships, collaborating to design and implement plans that meet their personal goals. Scanlon has experience drafting legal documents including irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advanced healthcare directives, and special needs trusts.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Scanlon was an associate at a boutique estate planning firm. She has also worked as a special education attorney representing families of children with disabilities to help them access the education they are entitled to by state and federal law. Scanlon is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, and during law school, worked at the Rutgers Education & Health Law Clinic. She earned her undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University.
