Transwestern Real Estate Services recognized five Atlanta team members nationally for performance excellence in 2021:
- Executive Managing Director Clark Dean received awards for national Top Producer, Tenant Advisory Top Producer and Tenant AdvisoryDeal of the Year. Dean and Senior Managing Director Greg Frankum earned spots in the firm’s coveted Champions’ Club for their 2021 transaction volume.
- Three local professionals were honored with Presidents’ Awards: Senior Managing Directors Zach Wooten and Stephen Clifton won National Business Engagement of the Year, and Kristine Maggio, Executive Vice President of Administration & Marketing was recognized for National Team Support.

2021 was defined by a series of high-profile transactions and successes, including:
- Dean represented The Center for Global Health Innovation in a 10-year, 200,000-square-foot lease at 675 W. Peachtree St., NW in Atlanta.
- Maggio was recognized by GlobeSt.com as a top individual for its Influencers in CRE Marketing & Communications series.
