Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin is pleased to announce that Annie L. Neamand has joined the firm as an associate.
Annie is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Zoning Department. Her practice focuses on assisting public and private entities and individuals with the full array of legal services that are involved in the sale or purchase of residential and commercial property. Known for her enthusiastic attention to client needs, Annie brings to each matter a common sense approach to get the transaction done accurately and cost-effectively.
Prior to joining the firm, Annie worked as a Staff Attorney in the Regional Housing Unit at Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania where her practice focused primarily on homeownership issues and foreclosure defense.
Admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Annie is also an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association and was selected to participate in its prestigious Leadership Academy in 2022.
A graduate of Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 2015), Temple University (B.A. 2012), and Central Bucks West (2007), Annie is a local girl through and through. Having grown up in Doylestown, Annie now lives in North Wales with her husband, Chip, and puppy, Brisket. In her downtime, you can usually find Annie reading science fiction books or enjoying walks at the park with her little family.
