Travel + Leisure has named Revival, a JdV hotel located in Baltimore’s historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, to its T+L 500 2022 list of the best hotels in the world.
Each year, readers of Travel + Leisure — the largest travel media brand in the United States, with an audience of 8.1 million — vote in the World’s Best Awards survey for their favorite destinations, city hotels, resorts and more. Destinations and properties with the highest votes are named to the T+L 500 list, designed to serve as a trusted resource for millions of enthusiastic travelers.
“We are extremely honored to be recognized by Travel + Leisure and by those who cast their votes this year for Revival,” said Donte Johnson, general manager at Revival. “We have made it our mission to make lives better, serving as an uplifting vessel for all of Baltimore and inspiring those who are passionate about making an impact in the communities they visit. At Revival, where culture, creativity and community intersect, we welcome intentional travelers with soul.”
Revival is dedicated to creating an inclusive and inviting environment for all. Curated programs and events such as educational workshops, engaging dialogues, art pop-ups, and spirit-free cocktails are among the hotel’s social impact activities. Through relationships with local BIPOC businesses, charity activities, and providing support to the community wherever it is needed, Revival prides itself on being more than a hotel.
