Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation of Florida, led by Charles S. Cohen, today announced it had signed leases with six new office tenants on the DCOTA campus, in the building located at 1815 Griffin Road in Dania Beach.
Totaling 43,057 square feet of Class A office space, the six new leases include:

+ Etico Parking Solutions is a parking compliance service provider offering an alternative, less aggressive, and more efficient approach to parking compliance over traditional parking enforcement solutions—represented by Amy McGrotty, JD.
+ BLD Group (Cordova) develops and owns market rate multifamily housing throughout the United States—represented by Jake Weiss, Easton Group.
The landlord was represented in all transactions by John Criddle, CBRE Executive Vice President, and Marc Horowitz, Senior Vice President/National Director of Leasing for Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation.

The six new leases are part of a larger 11-lease expansion, totaling just under 100,000 square feet, on the multi-building campus of the Design Center for the Americas (DCOTA), which is conveniently located right off I-95 and just minutes from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
