The purchase price was $3,000,000.00 or $162.00 per square foot.
This concrete block, fully air-conditioned, high ceiling warehouse building sits on 1.01 acres and had been used by the Seller for his business and for storage since 2009. The transaction included a sale lease back of the property which served as a catalyst for this investment sale.
