Kaitlyn Holzer Joins Goodell DeVries as an Associate

Goodell DeVries is pleased to announce that Kaitlyn Holzer has joined the firm as an associate in our Medical Malpractice Practice Group, where she defends health care institutions and providers against medical malpractice and wrongful death claims. Kaitlyn brings to her practice additional experience in personal injury matters, including premises liability claims and data breach class action litigation.

Prior to entering private practice, Kaitlyn was a Legal Intern at the Department of Justice Office of FOIA, Records, and E-Discovery and at the Department of Homeland Security Office of the General Counsel. She also participated in Maryland Carey Law’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic and was a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security.

Kaitlyn is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and The Ohio State University.

She is a volunteer at Maryland Lawyers for the Arts, a non-profit organization that connects artists with pro bono or low-cost legal assistance.
