Legacy Partners Promotes Parker Nicholson to Partner to Lead Pacific Northwest

Legacy Partners, a privately owned national real estate firm, announced today that Parker Nicholson has been promoted to Senior Managing Director for the Pacific Northwest Region. Previously, he was Vice President for Development and Acquisitions with the company.

“Parker has shown a remarkable ability during the past nine years to tackle myriad responsibilities,” said Dean Henry, CEO of Legacy Partners. “We look forward to his leadership across the Pacific Northwest Region.”

Nicholson has been with Legacy Partners for nine years, most recently leading a team to obtain financing and start work on a 620-unit, two-phased project in downtown Redmond, Washington, across from the terminus of the light rail.  His previous experience includes positions at Wells Fargo CRE in Seattle and Zhejiang Jiangong Real Estate in Hangzhou, China.

A Seattle native, Nicholson is a 2003 graduate of Seattle Prep and has a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Santa Clara University’s Leavy School of Business.

Parker is the son of Kerry Nicholson, who is also with Legacy Partners and has been active in the Seattle real estate industry over the last 23 years leading Legacy’s efforts in the Pacific Northwest. Kerry, who notably founded ULI’s Multi-Family Council for the Pacific Northwest, looks forward to now focusing part-time on oversight of the company’s 324-unit project on Maui.
