Partlow installed during IREM Boston Chapter Governmental Legislative Meeting

Kristy Partlow, a senior property manager with Rubenstein Partners, will be installed as a Certified Property Manager® (CPM) of the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM) during the  Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 Governmental Legislative Meeting and New Members Installation, which was held virtually on April 13th.

Partlow joined Rubenstein Partners in 2018 and is responsible for the property management and operations at The Center at Innovation Drive in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.

The CPM is one of the highest professional designations that a real estate manager can earn and is recognized worldwide as the premier property management certification.

“It’s a pleasure to announce Kristy’s achievement,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, 2022 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and principal and COO of the Peabody Companies. “Receiving the CPM certification is not an easy journey; it requires time spent on learning, building knowledge, and then practicing these skills by gaining real world experience in the field. Congratulations are in order.”
