Priority Funding LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of BayCoast Bank and recognized as a leading provider of mobile and manufactured home funding, is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Strand to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer.
In this leadership role, he is responsible for all non-sales aspects of Priority Funding, LLC including credit/underwriting, processing, closing, post-closing, compliance, and information systems.
Strand, whose former title was Executive Vice President, began his career at Priority Funding, LLC in 2004 in the credit department and was soon elevated to Operations Manager and subsequently to Credit Manager; this most recent promotion is Strand’s fifth since joining the company.
A graduate of Colby-Sawyer College, Strand lives in Rutland, Massachusetts where he volunteers as a Youth Soccer and T-Ball/Baseball Coach.
