Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is excited to announce SIERRA and Homesense have leased the former SteinMart space at Short Pump Crossing, located at 3544 Pump Road in the Short Pump area of Henrico County, Virginia.
SIERRA, delivering everyday value on a fresh, exciting selection of outdoor gear, apparel, footwear, and accessories, and Homesense, a new kind of home store that presents genuine value in furnishings for your home, have leased the 34,000 former SteinMart. Both retailers are part of the parent company TJX Companies. They plan to open this summer. The Short Pump Crossing location is their first entry into the Richmond market.
