
Ad Hoc, a market-leading digital services company, announced the acquisition of Cascades Technologies, Inc., an IT services company based in Herndon, VA with more than 24 years of experience providing critical development and operations services to the federal government.
Ad Hoc’s strategy is to grow to support digital services and customer experiences across the federal market space. With this acquisition adding programs at a Financial Regulatory agency, GSA, and DOL, Ad Hoc now supports nine federal agencies along with state, private, and non-profit customers in using technology to build effective online services. The acquisition also adds experience in cloud management, accessibility, bilingual content, and operations, broadening Ad Hoc’s capabilities in delivering customer experience and digital services on par with the very best commercial technologies.
