SVN Commercial Partners (SVNCP) Managing Director Chris Malkin represented the tenant in the lease of 301 Corporate Center located at 5807 24th Street East in Bradenton, Florida.
The $1.455 million, 5-year term transaction closed May 27.
Malkin worked with Newmark as a national broker for Crate and Barrel.
“Home Furnishing retailer Crate and Barrel has expanded into the Sarasota Market with this additional warehouse location,” commented Malkin. “The existing Riverview, FL warehouse will continue to support its home delivery and last mile operations to the north and this location will serve the southern demand.”
301 Corporate Center, a ±30,000-square-foot property situated on an 8.04-acre lot, is bordering and fronting busy Interstate 301. The industrial building’s highly desired prime location provides easy access to I-75 and is centrally located to access both Sarasota Proper and Lakewood Ranch to the East.
