Expedition Technology (EXP), a leader in the development and deployment of novel solutions supporting the defense and intelligence communities, today announced it has signed a lease amendment for its corporate headquarters offices that will support its current and anticipated growth. The new agreement extends the company’s commitment through June 2033, and increases its space from approximately 32 thousand to more than 64 thousand square feet.
With over 65 employees today and plans to hire at least 30 more in the coming months as a result of new business engagements, the company’s existing footprint would soon prove insufficient. Now, EXP can provide dedicated office space for up to 170 personnel.
Plans for the expansion include a mix of meeting areas, new electronics integration and software development labs, secure facilities, and an active workroom with stand desks attached to treadmills and bikes – all surrounding a centerpiece mixed-use collaboration space with an island theme and featuring a water element. This will complement the office’s existing contemporary industrial feel, which emphasizes glass, metal, wood, stone/polished concrete, and a moss wall and other greenery.

We want our employees to always be comfortable, whether they are heads-down solo, co-working, engaged in active discussion, or just hanging out in our large cafe.”
