Richard Vanderveer, PhD Joins PeopleMetrics as Chief Insight Officer

PeopleMetrics has appointed Richard Vanderveer, PhD as Chief Insight Officer, Physician CX to help expand its growing Pharma CX practice.

PeopleMetrics, founded in 2001, provides customer experience research, software and consulting services. PeopleMetrics founder and CEO, Dr. Sean McDade, recently published his second book titled Pharma Customer Experience which describes how pharma should focus on experiences of their customers (patients, HCPs, caregivers) above all else.

Dr. Vanderveer has had over 40 years of experience in studying the psychology of the physician. He has founded multiple market research firms serving the pharmaceutical industry.
