SuperOrdinary, a Los Angeles, CA-based growth partner for lifestyle brands, acquired Fanfix, a Los Angeles, CA-based creator economy startup.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will combine the capabilities of SuperOrdinary and Fanfix by connecting creators with the world’s leading consumer brands. Creators will be able to manage and monetize brand partnerships while brands will gain access to millions of consumers and consumer and creator insights. The collaboration will also lay the groundwork for the development of more creator-led brands and allow Fanfix to expand internationally, with SuperOrdinary’s access to content creators and brands in global markets.
Co-founded by Harry Gestetner, Simon Pompan and social media star Cameron Dallas, Fanfix provides a premium subscription platform that lets fans access exclusive content while supporting their favorite creators. The solution enables creators to monetize their followings and connect with their fans while maintaining full control along the way. They can upload blogs, exclusive photos and videos, drop their guides, provide early access to new releases/giveaways and more. Launched in August 2021, Fanfix has 800 creators and 140,000 fan users. Notable content creators who utilize Fanfix include Anna Shumate, Jumpers Jump, Cameron Dallas and Madi Monroe.
