World Pizza Champion, Louie Bossi, co-owner of Louie Bossi’s Ristorante Bar and Pizzeria, a Big Time Restaurant Group restaurant, will judge the Boca Celebrity Cookoff on Thursday, August 4 at Louie Bossi’s at 100 East Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Bossi will also do a live pizza making demonstration during the event, which benefits the Hanley Foundation and is part of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce Festival Days.
