Lids, a leading retailer in official sports gear, will be joining Atlantic Station’s retail lineup in September. Located at 264 19th St. NW, Lids will offer officially licensed and branded headwear of collegiate teams, major professional sports teams and other specialty fashion items.

The Atlantic Station store front is set to open Friday, September 2, just in time for the 2022 football season. Fans can shop for team jerseys, hats, accessories and collectibles, and customize their gear from hundreds of popular graphics, fonts and templates. The Indianapolis-based company has more than 1,200 locations nationwide.

Lids is the latest retailer to join Atlantic Station’s list of athletic specialty stores, including Athleta, Nike Unite, The Athlete’s Foot and the Atlanta Falcons & Atlanta United Team Store, making the complex a go-to shopping destination for sports fanatics. With additional tenants still to be announced, Atlantic Station plans to celebrate the openings of international retailer YOYOSO and Museum of Illusions later this year.
