Now through September 30, locals and tourists alike will have the chance to savor a medley of Amalia’s Chef Hernan Griccini’s globally and artfully inspired menus during Miami Spice, when the best chefs in Greater Miami and Miami Beach come together for special priced three-course lunch and dinner menus.
Chef Griccini’s cuisine is expressed through the use of aromas, savory spices, textures and farm fresh ingredients that reflect his love for cooking and zest for life with food infused with a variety of flavors from around the world.
The signature dining venue at Lennox Hotel, Amalia fuses upscale sophistication with tasteful comfort, featuring handcrafted wood furnishings and sustainable materials that are eye-catching at every turn. Amalia celebrates Mediterranean cuisine through its delicious dishes by Chef Griccini reflecting his multicultural experiences ranging from Italian, Spanish, Peruvian, Israeli, Moroccan, and Argentinian. Amalia takes pride in offering an authentic dining experience that conscientiously uses natural and seasonal items.
Amalia is celebrating Miami Spice with an exciting menu ranging from yellowfin tuna tataki or calamari and prosciutto salad with an Italian influence for lunch, and ricotta and pear fiocchi or French inspired steak frites for dinner. Diners can enjoy three-course meals for just $28 for lunch, and $45 for dinner (++beverage, tax and gratuity are not included).
