WEST CHESTER, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lithko Contracting, a leading national concrete contractor, announced that on August 22, 2022, the company hired David Spaulding for the role of President.
Lithko is proud to share that Rob Strobel will become CEO to focus on strategy and the evolution of Lithko, and David Spaulding has joined the company as President. David’s role as President will focus on executing the strategy and achieving the scale required to support Lithko’s continued growth. David is an experienced construction industry professional and is becoming part of the Lithko Leadership Team after 14 years with Turner Construction Company.
As the Vice President and General Manager of Turner Construction Company, David was one of the leaders of the nation’s top construction manager. Prior to this role, David served in several other positions within the company, including working as the General Manager and leading business development and legal affairs for different regions. David also serves on the board of CVG Airport, Redi, and FC Cincinnati Foundation. He is an Executive Board Member of Kings Hammer and is active in YPO and CRBC. David is very engaged in the Cincinnati community and volunteers with many other organizations as well.
Lithko began in 1994 with two Ohio locations and currently operates in over 20 regions servicing 35 states throughout the country. The organization has shown exceptional consistent financial and logistical growth.
David’s leadership and experience will help Lithko enhance its organizational structure, processes, roles, and outcomes to achieve the company’s future goals in commercial concrete construction and adjacent businesses.
