La Goulue Announces Participation And Menu For Flavor Palm Beach

La Goulue Palm Beach is serving up an exclusive menu for Flavor Palm Beach Restaurant Month in September.

The three-course menu includes choice of an appetizer, entrée and dessert for a fixed price of $65. On the menu are:

Appetizer (choice of one)

Foie Gras Au Torchon

Duck liver, seasonal berry compote, pickled pearl onions, brioche

Le Tartare De Thon Japonais

Ahi tuna, wasabi-miso seasoning, coriander

Charred Portuguese Octopus

sauce romesco

Entrée (choice of one)

Dorade

baby fennel, sauce vierge

Contre-Filet, Petite Salade, Frites

8 oz. seared prime New York strip, petite salad, French fries

choice of sauce: beurre maitreʼd or bearnaise

Lobster Pasta

Linguini, sweet peas, cherry tomatoes, garlic butter

Dessert (choice of one)

Crème Brulee

Bourbon vanilla custard, brown sugar crust

Profiteroles

vanilla puffs, warm chocolate sauce, toasted almonds, vanilla ice cream

“For us, Flavor Palm Beach is a great way to kick off the fall season,” said La Goulue Manager Mathieu Potelle. “We have participated in the past and look forward to sharing this special menu with our guests.”

La Goulue is located at 288 S. County Road in Palm Beach. The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m. and for brunch on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
