Colliers is pleased to announce the promotions of Prashant Merchant and Nicholas Wade to Executive Vice President and First Vice President, respectively.
Merchant and Wade specialize in the acquisition and disposition of hotels/motels in the Mid-Atlantic market, with an emphasis on exclusive seller representation. They both joined Colliers in January 2021, coming from Marcus and Millichap where they led the firm’s hospitality division in regional investment sales efforts. Merchant came to Colliers as Senior Vice President, and Wade joined as Assistant Vice President.
