Mount Pleasant Towne Centre and Roper St. Francis Healthcare announced the start of ticket sales for the fourth annual Pink Promenade Catwalk + Cocktails fundraiser on Oct. 8. The community is invited to participate in the recognition and support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Mount Pleasant Towne Centre. Pink Promenade promises to be a morning filled with champagne cocktails and brunch bites, complete with a special runway fashion show featuring cancer survivor models. All proceeds will be donated to the Roper St. Francis Foundation Breast Cancer Program.
“We are looking forward to once again partnering with Roper St. Francis Healthcare to host this very special event,” said Kathleen Hermann, Marketing Director at Mount Pleasant Towne Centre. “We have an exciting day planned for Pink Promenade, including food, fashion and live music. We invite the community to enjoy the event with us at the Towne Centre, and to celebrate and honor those who have been affected by breast cancer.”
The morning will kick off at 11 a.m. with champagne cocktails and brunch small plates from Burtons Grill & Bar. Guests are then invited to secure seats for the special runway show, featuring cancer survivors modeling the season’s hottest fashions from participating Mount Pleasant Towne Centre retail locations. Andrea Serrano, Charleston lifestyle blogger, will style and host the event, with hair and makeup by Silhouette on Site.
Guests can also enjoy a live performance by Charleston-native country artist Isabella Ullo. Pink Passports will be available for ticketed guests on arrival, including special offers from participating Mount Pleasant Towne Centre stores. Guests can pose for one-of-a-kind photo-ops in front of The Pink Figgy, a retro and Instagram-worthy pink Nissan Figaro. The event will be emceed by Tanya and Mike of MIX 95.9’s Two Girls and a Guy Morning Show, and music will be provided by DJ Tantrum.
Tickets are $35 and all proceeds will be donated to the Roper St. Francis Foundation Breast Cancer Program. For more information on the event and to purchase tickets, visit https://pink-promenade-
