Blumstein has joined as a partner in the firm’s Franchise Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie worked at a prominent boutique franchise law firm in New York City.

Stephanie provides counsel to prospective franchisees and veteran franchise operators on a wide range of issues. Her franchise litigation experience includes matters involving breach of contract, unfair and deceptive trade practices, trademark and trade name infringement, fraud claims and business competition torts. She also advises clients through the franchise purchase process, including the review of franchise disclosure documents, the negotiation of franchise and area development agreements, lease negotiations, and sales and transfers.

Stephanie was recognized in the 2023 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® in the practice area of franchise law and has been named to the annual “Legal Eagles” list of the best lawyers in the franchise industry by Franchise Times magazine since 2020.
Stephanie earned her J.D. from Boston University Law School and her B.A. from Tufts University. She is an active member of regional and national professional forums focused on franchise law, including the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising and the International Franchise Association.
