Colliers is pleased to welcome Nicole Kiger as Regional Operations Manager — Brokerage for the Virginia and Raleigh/Triad, North Carolina team. She will be based in Norfolk, Virginia while partnering with all offices in the region.
The Regional Operations Manager is an important leadership role in which Nicole will have operational oversight for all Virginia and Raleigh market offices. Her responsibilities will include collaborating with local and national leadership to drive company strategy and financial management, as well as creating and managing annual budgets and forecasts.

Nicole comes to Colliers with over 20 years of experience in various leadership and operations roles at Old Dominion University (“ODU”). Since 2019, she has served as Director for Business Operations with a broad oversight of budget and financial operations, technology services, personnel staffing, policies, and procedures. Nicole was honored as Staff Member of the Year for ODU.
