Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, the recognized world leader in fast, artisanal pizza, is welcoming teachers back to school by offering a FREE cheesy bread with any in-store purchase of $10 or more at Blaze Pizza locations in South Florida throughout the month of September.

Since 1984, the National PTA has assigned a special time to honor the men and women who lend their passion and skills to educating the nation’s children. To take advantage of the FREE cheesy bread offer, teachers must show their credentials using a valid identification badge from a school, daycare, college or university.

One of the most popular menu items, the cherished cheesy bread sensation is baked from scratch with Blaze Pizza’s classic dough topped with shredded mozzarella and oregano, drizzled with olive oil and served piping hot with two sides of red sauce. The Pesto Garlic Cheesy Bread is also baked from scratch with Blaze Pizza’s classic dough and topped with shredded mozzarella, oregano and chopped garlic, finished with a pesto drizzle and served piping hot with two sides of red sauce.

Blaze Pizza is a modern day “pizza joint” serving artisanal pizzas that are both fast and affordable. Fans line up each day for the custom-built pizzas, freshly made salads, cheesy bread, blood orange lemonade and s’more pies. Each restaurant features an interactive open-kitchen format that allows guests to customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create their own, choosing from a wide selection of fresh, artisanal ingredients – all for about $10. The generously-sized personal pizzas are then sent to a blazing hot open-flame oven – the centerpiece of the restaurant. For pizza fans with specific dietary needs, Blaze Pizza also offers gluten-free dough and vegan cheese.

Blaze Pizza supports schools all year with various programs. For example, Blaze Pizza distributes thousands of free student reward certificates each year through its Trailblazer Awards program, which allows teachers to reward students with a certificate that is good for one free pizza based on academic achievement, outstanding effort and other measures of excellence. To obtain the free certificates or set up a fundraiser, contact a local Blaze Pizza or visit www.blazepizza.com.
