T. Rowe Price and the Baltimore Ravens Kick Off Leadership Institute

T. Rowe Price and the Baltimore Ravens kicked off this year’s High School Leadership Institute, which encourages local high school students to engage with their communities and become future leaders. The event was held at M&T Bank Stadium and featured special guests and speakers, including Maryland Governor Larry Hogan; Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski; Chief Equity Officer of Baltimore, Dana Moore; CEO of Baltimore City Public Schools, Dr. Sonja Santelises; and former Baltimore Ravens linebacker Jameel McClain.

Students from Baltimore City and County are hand-selected by their teachers and school administrators to participate in the Leadership Institute. The students meet six times throughout the year to learn leadership principles from local community and civic leaders. Their final experience includes the completion of a community service project. This year’s cohort is made up of more than 115 students.

Since launching in 2019, nearly 300 students have completed the T. Rowe Price + Baltimore Ravens High School Leadership Institute.
