Hyatt Commercial announces the off-market sale of 203-205 Ridgely Ave., Annapolis, MD. The 11,680 SF building sold for $3.3 million as part of a 1031 exchange by the Buyer.
The two-story, class B structure is located on the corner of Ridgely Avenue and Monterey Avenue in quaint, tree-lined West Annapolis. It is minutes away from downtown Annapolis and Route 50 and only a short walk to convenient shopping and restaurants.
The sale closed August 11, 2022.
