DC Advisory, an international investment bank committed to making a difference, today announces the hire of Mark Goodman as Vice Chairman and Head of the US Consumer, Leisure & Retail sector– based in Washington DC.
Mark joins the firm with over 30 years of industry experience, most recently as Raymond James’ Vice Chairman of Investment Banking, where he also formerly headed the Consumer Banking Investment sector. He also previously served as the head of the Consumer Banking Sector at Alex. Brown & Sons, Deutsche Bank, CIBC World Markets and Oppenheimer & Co.
Over the course of his career, Mark has advised and raised capital for many premier consumer brands across the retail, e-commerce, restaurant, and consumer products sectors including Under Armour, Krispy Kreme, Ruth’s Chris, Gerber Childrenswear, Samuel Adams, Citi Trends, Franchise Group, Klaussner Home Furnishings, Hanna Andersson, and Constant Contact.
This marks the third senior hire to the US Consumer, Leisure & Retail team – with Darren Gange joining as Managing Director in 2021 focused on restaurants, franchising and foodservice sector, and Patrick Furlong – formerly of Solomon Partners – as Director last month.
