JPB Real Estate is excited to announce the addition of Chris Thomas as an Associate with the team. In his role, Chris will be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities for JPB in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast US. JPB’s real estate investment strategy will remain opportunistic, with an emphasis in the senior housing market. Chris will be instrumental in further defining target markets for investment, establishing deal sourcing relationships, and managing the execution of these transactions. Prior to joining JPB, Chris was employed by Atapco Properties as a Senior Financial Analyst.
JPB is also pleased to share that Deron Wood has joined the JPB Real Estate team as a Property Manager. Deron comes joins JPB with a background in residential real estate investments and management. In his position as Property Manager, Deron’s primary focus will be on the Company’s legacy assets. Deron’s investment knowledge in urban markets will also prove beneficial as JPB expands its real estate geographic focus.
