Today we are excited to announce our next cohort of Bowe fellows – 27 people who we hope and expect will come away from the experience feeling more confident as they advance their careers. Many are currently directors and senior level managers from companies including:
Bowe fellows participate in our Emerging and Developing Global Executives program. Over the course of the 10-month program, they have a variety of opportunities to learn from business executives and build long-lasting working relationships with their peers.
The upshot?
There are many. One notable benefit is that they can position themselves for higher-level leadership roles. Sixty-seven percent of Bowe fellows have been promoted after completing the program.
