Early Charm Ventures, a company that creates, owns and operates ventures that convert science to revenue, today announced the hiring of Samir Rashiduddin – an experienced professional in accounting and business administration – as Finance & Operations Director.
Rashiduddin joins Early Charm after working as Financial Operations Manager with Major, Lindsey & Africa, a legal staffing firm based in Hanover, MD.
In this role, Rashiduddin assisted the company’s temporary staffing division with financial insight and contract negotiations, while managing the teams responsible for revenue reporting, account receivables and new client onboarding.
In his new role with Early Charm, Rashiduddin will use his background and experience to support the company through financial reporting, budgeting, human resources, risk management and office operations.

Rashiduddin earned a MBA from Purdue University Global and a BS in Accounting from Morgan State University.
