McCarter & English is pleased to welcome back David Kolodny, as a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice in New York. Kolodny works on sophisticated M&A, finance and general corporate matters, including cross-border transactional matters.

Kolodny has acted as legal counsel for companies in a wide variety of industries including medical devices, consumer products, food and beverage, manufacturing, retail, staffing services and real estate. He regularly counsels corporate clients, portfolio companies and investors and has extensive experience in U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, secured transactions and other transactional matters.
Kolodny was most recently a partner with Ice Miller in New York.He earned his J.D. from the New York University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree with honors from Johns Hopkins University.
