On behalf of new owner Tioga Capital, LLC, Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded the leasing and management assignment for Barrett Summit, 180,000-square-foot creative office park in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Tioga Capital, an Atlanta-based real estate investment firm, recently acquired the property and is planning to invest significant capital into the project allowing it to compete with the highest quality product available in the submarket.
