EP Engineering is proud to announce that John Rocchio has been promoted from an Associate to Principal. EP Engineering congratulates him on this recognition of his excellent work and thanks him for his continued commitment to upholding the high industry standards of EP Engineering.
Since joining the firm in 2018, John has served as Senior Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer and Associate on a variety of residential, commercial, hospitality, and food service projects. He has also provided expertise on several residential projects, including 441 W 54th Street, 465 Washington Street, and the Peninsula development in the Bronx.
“John has lent his expertise by assisting the firm with a variety of projects, such as the renovations of the Battery Maritime Building at 10 South Street, the Torch & Crown Brewing Company in SoHo, and the Soka Gakkai Buddhist Center in Long Island City,” said Giovanni E. Meléndez, Partner, EP Engineering.
A licensed Professional Engineer, John is skilled in CAD and BIM software and knowledgeable in local building codes. He graduated cum laude from Binghamton University in 2012, with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. EP Engineering wants to thank John for the commitment and expertise he has offered the firm and look forward to his continued involvement on future projects.
