Owl Labs, a Boston, MA-based company providing AI-powered, video conferencing solutions, raised $25M in Series C funding.
The round was led by HP Tech Ventures with participation from Sourcenext, Matrix Partners, Spark Capital, and Playground Global. Angelo Del Priore, Partner at HP Tech Ventures, has joined Owl Labs’ board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to support product development and increase global adoption of its products, including the Meeting Owl product line, Whiteboard Owl, and Meeting HQ.
Led by CEO Frank Weishaupt, Owl Labs is company that builds AI-powered video conferencing solutions for hybrid organizations. Its suite of products makes meetings more inclusive and collaborative by leveling the playing field between remote and in-room participants.
Owl Labs provides:
- the Meeting Owl® product line, an AI-powered, 360-degree camera, microphone and speaker that automatically zooms in on whoever’s speaking;
- Whiteboard OwlTM, a dedicated camera that adds any in-room whiteboard to video conferences; and
- Meeting HQTM, an in-room computer and control center for video meetings.
