Adam Abushagur, senior managing director investments, Tyler Ranft, associate, Ron Hebert, senior vice president investments, and Joseph Jaques, first vice president investments, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

2481 Manana Drive is located in Dallas, Texas. The subject property is situated on 5.72 acres of land and was built in 1997. The property previously served as the world headquarters for Dave & Buster’s.
