Full Harvest, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a B2B produce marketplace specializing in surplus and imperfect produce, acquired FarmersWeb, a NY based farm sales and inventory management SaaS provider.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Full Harvest will expand its offering. Adding FarmersWeb’s proven software capabilities to its technology pipeline, such as inventory and order management as well as payments, will enable growers to bring more produce to market faster.
