Pulte Homes will unveil two models on December 10 at its newest townhome community, Ranchette Square. It is centrally located in Greenacres with easy access to all of Palm Beach County from the Florida Turnpike and I-95.

The first-floor layout is similar to the Navarre and has a café that flows from the kitchen and a slightly larger gathering room. The second floor includes the owner’s suite, featuring a spacious walk-in closet, and two guest rooms. Pulte Homes is offering this model starting at $422, 990.
