Sea Tow Honors 2022 Franchise Network Leaders During its Annual Meeting

Sea Tow Services International, Inc. – the nation’s leading on-water marine assistance provider – presented awards to its franchisees for their outstanding service, boating advocacy, community support and more at the company’s 2022 annual meeting that took place in November. During the event, Sea Tow’s leadership team presented awards to honor the recipients’ outstanding dedication and service to the boating industry.

The 2022 Awards included:

  • The Captain Joe Frohnhoefer Visionary Award – presented to the captain who most exemplifies the vision of Capt. Joe Frohnhoefer, the founder of Sea Tow – was awarded to Ryan Helmig of Sea Tow Treasure Coast and Sea Tow Palm Beach.
  • Sea Tow Franchise of the Year – awarded to the franchise that most exemplifies Sea Tow’s high standards of service and operation  was presented to Sea Tow Wrightsville Beach owner Chris Willis.
  • The Georgia Frohnhoefer Award  named after Sea Tow’s Executive Vice President Georgia Frohnhoefer to honor an outstanding woman in the Sea Tow network each year – was presented to Charlotte Marcum of Sea Tow Venice.
  • Sea Tow Rookie of the Year  which recognizes the top performing new Sea Tow franchise – went to Sea Tow Middle Coast Texas owners Jeff and Brennen Larson.
  • The Sea Tow Foundation Hero Award – presented to the franchisee who most exemplifies the Sea Tow Foundation’s mission to promote boating safety – was presented to Sea Tow Fort Lauderdale General Manager Michele Kerrigan.
  • The Sea Tow Shipmate Award – presented to the franchise owner who most exemplifies enthusiasm, supportive attitude and willingness to help fellow franchises – was awarded to Bruce White of Sea Tow Portland/Midcoast.
  • The Public Relations Champion Award – an award recognizing the franchise who best utilized public relations practices to promote the Sea Tow brand – was presented to Sea Tow South Shore owner Ethan Maass.
  • The Marketing Excellence Award – presented to the franchise that exemplifies the use of creative thinking to create brand awareness and generate business – was awarded to Nik Foster of Sea Tow Daytona.
