Henry Schein Inc., a New York-based dental supply company, has signed a long-term renewal for its 12,488-sf operations center in Dallas/Fort Worth.
The operations center, which also houses tech support, is marking its sixth year in Randol Mill Service Center at 2440 E. Randol Mill Rd. in Arlington. Michael W. Spain, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented Henry Schein.
“We did shop around. My client definitely needed to stay in the I-20/360 corridor,” Spain says, “so at the end of the day, the space worked for them and it just made sense to stay.”
Henry Schein occupies an end cap in Randol Mill Service Center, a 96,124-sf flex building owned by PHP RMSC Venture LP. Patrick Reis of Property Advisers Realty represented the landlord.
