TreviPay, an Overland Park, KS-based provider of B2B payments and invoicing solutions, acquired Apruve, a Minneapolis, MN-based provider of a payment platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, TreviPay will expand its product offering. All Apruve personnel will be retained and Apruve clients can expect uninterrupted service from the same teams.
Led by CEO Michael Noble, Apruve builds Trade Credit Automation programs for global enterprises seeking to make change in their procure-to-pay process. The company combines A/R automation with guaranteed next-day financing on all open invoices. With Apruve, B2B suppliers in local or international markets can reduce fixed costs in A/R, shorten DSO to one day, and create an efficient purchasing experience for their customers.
