Brown Rudnick LLP is pleased to announce that Jennifer Korff has joined the Firm as its chief operating officer.
Korff has over 25 years of leadership and executive experience in the legal sector. She most recently served as chief practice officer at Orrick and as COO for North America at Baker McKenzie, where she managed that firm’s 15 offices across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
At Brown Rudnick, Korff will work closely with the Firm’s CEO and management committee to continue to develop and implement a strategy to drive long-term growth and client value delivery. Korff will also lead all the business aspects of the Firm, including finance, marketing and business development, human resources, operations and administration. She will be based in the Firm’s New York office.

Korff began her career as a transactional lawyer at Stroock and as an executive at Sony Music before assuming leadership roles in global AmLaw 100 firms, including Winston & Strawn and Bingham McCutchen, prior to its merger with Morgan Lewis.

A graduate of Brandeis University, Korff earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her MBA from Columbia Business School.
