Jennifer Ogden Joins Savills as Corporate Managing Director

Previously a senior director at Avison Young, Ogden will work alongside Jeffrey Peck, Daniel Horowitz and Jacob Stern in Savills New York City office

Savills today announced that Jennifer Ogden has joined the firm as a corporate managing director. Ogden, a veteran of the commercial real estate industry, is a former senior director at Avison Young. Ogden, also a REBNY Ingenious Deal of the Year recipient, will work alongside Savills vice chairmen Jeffrey Peck and Daniel Horowitz, Associate Director Jacob Stern on an accomplished team of six professionals at the firm’s 399 Park Avenue location.

“Those who have worked closely with Jennifer can attest to how committed she is to her clients and craft. She is a seasoned and accomplished real estate professional and exactly the type of person we look to recruit to Savills,” said David Goldstein, president of the New York tri-state region. “At a time when clients are seeking an elevated level of advisory, Jennifer adds yet another talented consultant to our ranks.”

Ogden’s work transcends sectors, as evidenced by the variety of companies she has represented in the legal and not-for-profit sectors, as well as the early-stage start-ups and large corporations she has advised. Her client roster includes Fashion Institute of Technology, Steinway Pianos, Transit Wireless, Cozen O’Connor, Norris McLaughlin, Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein, The New York Foundling, Philanthropy New York, and Swann Auction Galleries.

In 2020, the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) honored Jennifer and her team with the prestigious Edward S. Gordon Memorial Award for arranging a complex series of sales on behalf of three 19th Century New York City not-for-profit organizations—Jan Hus Presbyterian Church, Church of the Epiphany and Weill Cornell Medical College.

Ogden takes great pride in her creative approach and dedication to client service, which has enabled her to structure customized real estate solutions that align with an organization’s culture, business operations and functional goals.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Ogden held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE. Before entering commercial real estate, she spent a decade working in the finance sector, as a banker and high-yield analyst. She has served on the boards of Madre and Goodwill Rescue Mission.
